Building services in Cambridge
TECS provides mechanical, electrical and hard FM services across Cambridge, including Cambridge, Trumpington, Cherry Hinton, Histon, Milton and the science parks. Our engineers are NICEIC, Gas Safe and Refcom registered and cover heating, air conditioning, ventilation, public health, electrical, fire alarm and security systems, with specialist contractors managed by TECS for everything else except building fabric.
We are based in Letchworth Garden City, so Cambridge is on our doorstep. Reactive call-outs, planned maintenance visits and compliance testing can usually be attended the same or next day, and our helpdesk knows the local sites well.
We work for FM companies that hold contracts in Cambridge, for estates such as schools, offices and public buildings that want one partner for their hard services, and for smaller businesses that just need a job done well. Every visit is photographed, logged and reported through our helpdesk.
