TECS provides mechanical, electrical and hard FM services across London, including Central London, the City, Westminster, Camden, Islington, Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Southwark, Lambeth, Wandsworth, Croydon, Barnet, Enfield and all London boroughs. Our engineers are NICEIC, Gas Safe and Refcom registered and cover heating, air conditioning, ventilation, public health, electrical, fire alarm and security systems, with specialist contractors managed by TECS for everything else except building fabric.
Working from our Letchworth Garden City head office, our engineers attend London for reactive repairs, planned maintenance programmes and compliance testing, including EICRs, emergency lighting, gas safety, F-Gas, legionella and PAT. Larger projects are planned with a dedicated project manager.
We work for FM companies that hold contracts in London, for estates such as schools, offices and public buildings that want one partner for their hard services, and for smaller businesses that just need a job done well. Every visit is photographed, logged and reported through our helpdesk.
