Repair fire dampers found defective on inspection, isolate and decommission redundant plant, and keep the office ventilated with temporary equipment while the work was carried out.

WHAT WE DID

We repaired and retested the fire dampers, safely isolated, dismantled and removed old plant, and supplied and installed temporary ventilation so that the office stayed comfortable and fully open throughout.

OUTCOME

Compliant fire dampers, redundant plant cleared out, and no disruption to a busy professional office.
