Retail buildings trade long hours and cannot afford plant failures. We maintain the heating, air conditioning, ventilation, lighting, distribution boards, fire alarms and security systems behind shopping centres, supermarkets and retail parks, with PPM visits planned around trading hours and reactive cover when something stops.

A typical job ranges from a failed air handling unit in a supermarket to a fixed wire test across a retail park, with emergency lighting, fire alarm and PAT testing recorded and reported for the landlord or FM provider.
