Building services for schools and education
Schools and colleges need warm classrooms, safe electrics and a quiet site during term. We maintain boilers, heating and hot water, ventilation, lighting, distribution boards and fire alarms, with fixed wire testing, emergency lighting and PAT testing planned for holidays and inset days.
We work directly for schools and academy trusts and through the FM companies that hold their contracts, with DBS-checked engineers and a helpdesk that site managers can call when something fails.
