Building management systems only save energy when they work. We diagnose control faults, replace sensors, actuators and valves, and adjust time schedules and setpoints so heating, cooling and ventilation run when they should and not when they shouldn’t.
Controls that run the building the way it was designed
A building management system only saves energy and keeps occupants comfortable while its sensors, actuators and schedules are right. Over time setpoints drift, sensors fail and overrides get left on, so heating and cooling run against each other or outside hours. Our controls engineers put that right.
We fault-find and repair Trend, Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Tridium Niagara and Johnson Controls systems, replace Belimo, Siemens and Sontay sensors, valves and actuators, and work on standalone controls from Danfoss, Honeywell and Drayton. Where a system has no support contract we can take it on and keep it running.

Because our mechanical, electrical and controls engineers work for the same helpdesk, we diagnose the real cause rather than passing the job between contractors. Seasonal reviews of schedules and setpoints are an easy win on energy bills and are logged in Simpro with the rest of your PPM.
