Access control servicing and repairs

Door entry and intercom systems

Electric locks, maglocks and door hardware

New systems and expansions

Access control decides who can get where, and it has to keep working through staff changes, lost fobs and failed door hardware. We install, service and repair access control, door entry and intercom systems, from a single controlled door to a networked multi-site system.

Access control, door entry and intercoms

Access control failures are frustrating and sometimes dangerous: doors that will not release, readers that stop reading, fail-safe locks that fail the wrong way. We keep controlled doors working, repair the hardware behind them and make sure the system still releases correctly on a fire alarm.

Our engineers install and maintain Paxton Net2 and Paxton10, Salto, Honeywell and ACT access control, Videx, Comelit and BPT door entry and intercoms, and the electric strikes, maglocks, shearlocks and break-glass units that go with them. We can expand an existing system, add doors and readers, and integrate with your fire alarm cause and effect.

Doors that work, every day

A controlled door that fails is a reactive call our helpdesk handles quickly, because people cannot wait to get in or out. Systems on a PPM schedule are checked for release on fire alarm, battery condition and door hardware wear, with every visit recorded in Simpro. Where a building has outgrown its system we survey, design and install the upgrade in phases so security is never lost.

We install and maintain access control in courts, schools, offices and public buildings across London, the South East, East Anglia and the Midlands.
